Besan ladoo is a healthy indian sweets as it is made of gram flour/chickpea flour which is highly nutritious. It is very easy to make and can stored for few weeks.
Ingredients:
⦁ 1 cup - ghee
⦁ 2 cups (or according to your taste) - powdered sugar
⦁ Few cashew nuts
⦁ Few almonds
Method:
2. Roast it on low heat for approximately 25-30 minute till it changes its colour.
3. Take out the roasted gram flour (besan) in another vessel. Let it cool and then add coarsely grounded cashew nuts and almonds. Mix well.
4. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Remember not to add sugar when gram flour is warm.
5. Shape it into round balls (ladoos) and store in an airtight container.
