Bread vada is one of the easy, simple and tasty snack that goes perfect with hot tea or coffee.
Preparation time - 20 minutes
Servings - 2 (7 vadas)
Ingredients:
⦁ Yogurt - 5 tbsp
⦁ Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
⦁ Green chilli - 2 (chopped)
⦁ Coriander leaves - 2 tsp (finely chopped)
⦁ Rice flour - 2 tbsp
⦁ Semolina - 2 tbsp
⦁ Salt to taste
⦁ Cooking oil
Preparation method:

In a bowl, add pieces of bread slices, onion, chillies, coriander leaves, yogurt, semolina, rice flour and salt. Mix it thoroughly to make a dough.

Roll out one portion of dough into small ball, flatten it on palm into circular shape and make a hole with finger in the center.

Repeat with remaining dough.
4.
Heat sufficient oil in a pan and transfer vadas into pan. Fry until golden brown.
5.
Keep them in kitchen towel or absorbent paper. Serve hot with chutney/ketchup and a cup of tea.
